Just looked at the reviews and I agree with New York Times! Mr. Scott said it right! The story itself was twisted. Greeks shown as white and good people and Persians Black and evil! This shows how much Mr. Miller thinks of Black people!! King Xerxes was not Gay nor he did dressed like it was shown in this movie! His wife was Esther a jew, Persian Queen, which saved jews lives! Greeks lost two wars against Persians and lost against Turkish soliders also! It would be nice if this movie wasn't based on Frank Miller's own imagination!
