Perfect adaptation of the graphic novel. This movie makes you feel for the characters and never lets up with intensity. The visuals are stunning and a great fairy tale. It's what the movie Troy should have been. Also well choreographed, no confusion about what is going on the battle scenes. A+ And to everyone complaining about it being biased against Persians or completely unrealistic. IT IS FICTION. It's based on a graphic novel, and like any other story told from one point of view it is glorified and biased. And that's what makes it great. If a Greek 200 years ago were to tell a story about the legend of the mighty Spartans, it would probably be something like this. This is a great storytelling movie. Oh wait, that's what movies are, stories...
